On the ballot: Core Urban Holdings gave $50,000 to Yes on C / No on I, Tenants and Owners Development Corporation gave $25,000 to the NPH Yes on C committee and $15,000 to No on D, and SF Forward gave $10,000 to Yes on C. Proposition I is described in filings as changes to the real property transfer tax.
