Story · Money
For neighborhoods that will live with the results.
In the newest filings, $150,000 came from Sacramento (SEIU 1021), Los Angeles (SEIU 2015), and Palo Alto (Emerson Collective), plus $10,000 each from Arlington, Virginia (Kendall Jesmer) and San Mateo (Daniel Scheinman). Inside the city, SoMa's $175,500 is almost entirely Michael Moritz.
By zip, the Financial District, Pacific Heights, and the Castro follow. The Excelsior, Bayview, the Tenderloin, and the Sunset barely register in these two weeks.
Ask each measure committee what share of its money came from San Francisco addresses; the zip field is on every filing.
